The Midway Early Learning Center Campaign is an opportunity to fund state-of-the-art classrooms and playgrounds as a model STEM from the Start facility for optimum early learning for our children and families in Daly City.
Through our Midway Campaign, Peninsula Family Service (PFS) will provide the funding to create a model learning environment for children who are at greatest risk for low academic performance. The Midway Campaign will fund innovative early learning design with state-of-the-art features, furniture, fixtures, structures, and equipment for all classrooms and playgrounds, as well as full curriculum components and start-up staff for the new Center.
This investment in children will leverage so much more during their lifetimes in addition to the immediate impact of inspired early learning. It will help ensure that they, and the thousands of children who will follow them in these STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) programs, will go beyond the opportunity gap to success in school and life.
